Last month we shipped major upgrades to the Invoice AI inbox and Vendor Onboarding. This month, the new Charted experience became the standard for every account, and we’ve kept building on it: more control over your queues, e-invoicing in six more countries, sharper payment tracking, and expanded international payments.
The new Charted experience is now standard
As of September 21, the new Charted user experience is the default interface for all accounts. The option to remain on, or switch back to, the classic experience has been removed.
That means everything we’ve delivered over the past few months is now available to every team with no toggle required: customizable inbox columns, segmented views, comments and @mentions, invoice labels, inline corrections, and the vendor onboarding queue.
Invoice AI: More control over what you see and what gets read
- Configurable columns for Not Submitted and Not Approved. You can now choose which columns appear, and in what order, on the Not Submitted and Not Approved dashboard queues.
- Page ranges for line-level extraction. AI Directions now accept a page range for line-level extraction, so you control exactly which pages Invoice AI reads for line items. Ideal for long invoices where the lines you care about live on a few specific pages.
- E-invoicing in eight more countries. Invoice AI now supports e-invoicing enrollment for entities in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, Italy, Romania, and Poland. European multi-entity organizations can now bring more of their subsidiaries onto compliant e-invoicing through Charted.
Vendor Onboarding: A queue that keeps up with you
- Filter by type and category. The onboarding queue now supports filtering by vendor type and category, so you can zero in on the vendors that need attention right now.
- Bulk Complete Onboarding. Last month we introduced bulk onboarding to start and send forms at scale. Now you can finish at scale, too. A new Bulk Complete Onboarding action lets you complete onboarding for multiple ready vendors in one step.
- A new Updating stage. Completed vendors with an active form in flight now appear in the queue under a dedicated Updating stage. Post-onboarding updates, like a change in payment details, stay visible and manageable instead of disappearing from view.
- Unpublish sent forms. Sent a form by mistake, or need to pull one back? A new Unpublish action on the Forms Published table of the vendor record’s Forms tab lets you unpublish a form that has already been sent.
Can’t see the new Queue tab in your Charted Navigation bar? Ensure your admin turns on the new ‘View Vendor Onboarding Dashboard’ permission for your account. More information can be found here in our Vendor Onboarding product documentation.
Payment Automation: Sharper tracking, wider reach
- Settlement tracking. A new Settlement Date column in the Payments History table, with filtering and export, gives you precise visibility into when ACH payments actually settle.
- International payments to five new countries. You can now pay vendors in local currency in Bulgaria, France, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, directly from Charted.
