At Charted, our employees are the backbone of our organization. And our employee-driven program that gives back to our communities ensures we are thinking beyond the technology we implement, optimize, and use day-to-day—for a life outside of work.
Employees can decide when and how they want to give back. We have regularly scheduled times for employees to dedicate to the organization of their choice, and as a remote-first organization with employees across the US, we’re making an impact everywhere our employees are.
Our Philosophy
Staying connected, giving back
Charted is a people-first organization, and the people we always start with are our employees. When our employees feel supported, we know they’ll do everything they can to support our customers and partners too. We also recognize there is life outside work, and we encourage our employees to give back to their local communities, whether that’s in the northeast, central Texas, the capital of Mexico, or anywhere else our employees live. Employees are given dedicated time to support their charity of choice, and in return, Charted makes a small donation to the charities our employees work with.
