For 10 years, SquareWorks has partnered with thousands of businesses to elevate the role of finance. Today, we’re excited to share that we’re changing our name to Charted. This isn’t just a new logo or company name—it’s a reflection of how we’ve grown and where we’re going next.
Why we’re changing our name
We began as an expert NetSuite consulting company focusing on implementations, optimizations, and NetSuite services. Over time, as the needs of our customers evolved, so did our services and solutions. Starting off with “add-ons” like Vendor Request, Check Printing, Approvals, 3-way Match, and an early version of OCR, was then followed by the creation of the Automate platform, leading us to today as we start our new chapter as Charted. Refining our focus has led to momentous growth: AI capabilities that automatically read and populate your invoices, automated Accruals designed to close your books faster, and International Payments designed to save you money while keeping payments secure.
Our old name no longer captured the breadth of what we offer; Charted better represents our expanded mission and our commitment to innovation, while maintaining our consulting roots. Deep NetSuite expertise has always been, and will remain, the foundation of what we do. Our knowledge and experience have informed not just our consulting services but were the inspiration behind our products and capabilities, and will continue to guide our offerings, along with the valued feedback from our incredible customers.
What’s changing (and what’s staying the same)
- New name and visual identity: We have a new name, logo, and color palette. We hope you’ll love our fresh look as much as we do.
- Same team and mission: Our people, values and dedication to customer success are unchanged. You’ll continue working with the same passionate team.
- Product continuity: All features you rely on remain intact. Your account settings, billing, and integrations will remain unaffected.
What happens next
With our new website and a new visual identity live in our NetSuite-native app, we are keeping redirects in place to make this transition seamless for our customers. For a limited time, you’ll see “formerly SquareWorks” on our marketing materials to remind you of our heritage and help any newcomers ensure they’re at the right place.
