This momentous change reflects expanded mission and continued dedication to empowering customers with industry-leading ERP-native Accounts Payable Automation solutions

Boston, MA – October 1, 2025SquareWorks Consulting, a leading provider of ERP suite-native AP Automation software, today announced it has undergone a rebrand, including changing its corporate name to Charted. The new name reflects the company’s evolution and its vision for the future while honoring its commitment to deliver exceptional value to customers.

SquareWorks Consulting built its reputation on delivering ERP services, including implementations and managed services. Over the years, the company designed and built ERP-native solutions to streamline accounts payable operations for customers, while keeping users in their ERP. Today, Charted delivers a true, end-to-end AP Automation Suite designed specifically for the ERP to help manage the most complex multi-entity workflows and create a frictionless experience. From invoice capture to global payments, Charted combines product excellence with the deep knowledge of a decade of ERP expertise, to deliver results that scale.

“Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown from a consulting shop offering implementations and customized projects into a SaaS platform that serves over a thousand global ERP suite customers,” said Bernardo Enciso, CEO of Charted. “Our new name captures who we are today and where we’re headed. Though our look and name are evolving, our core mission remains the same—to enable modern finance teams with a better AP Automation solution that provides instant visibility, better accuracy, controls, and global reach, with zero connectors or integrations.”

The rebrand includes a new logo, color palette, and website. Customers will continue to experience the same quality of products, services, and support they have always relied on. “Nothing about our product quality or service is changing,” added Bernardo. “We’re doubling down on our vision to elevate the role of finance and empower teams to focus on more strategic tasks. With our AP Automation solution and ERP services, organizations are eliminating manual work and closing the books faster, as we handle the most complex AP Automation and ERP needs without adding more systems or new integrations.”

The new Charted brand will roll out across all platforms today, Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
