No. Vendors complete secure forms from an emailed link sent through Charted Advanced Vendor Onboarding. The vendor response is sent directly to your NetSuite instance for your team to review, no portal or password required.

Whenever a vendor submits new or updated banking details, Charted Vendor Automation checks the account and routing numbers are found and are consistent with each other. It also checks the name on the account matches the vendor. Your reviewer sees the result in NetSuite before approving the change.

Every term extracted by Charted Contract Intelligence is highlighted where it appears in your contract, so any NetSuite user can check it against the original source in one click.

Nacha’s rules call for risk-based processes to identify fraudulent payments, including vendor impersonation. Vendor Automation supports those processes by validating banking changes before they’re approved. Confirm your specific obligations with your bank.

No. Vendor Automation is a native SuiteApp, so it works inside NetSuite with your existing roles and permissions, and there’s no data to sync.

Vendor Automation is included in the AP Automation Core and Complete editions, and is also available as an add-on. See pricing or talk to our team to find the right fit.
