We took every piece of feedback into account, and next week’s release addresses the issues you raised. We believe the experience going live for everyone is the best version of Charted yet.
What’s changing next week
There’s nothing you need to do. Every user will be switched to the new experience automatically as part of the release on Monday, July 27, 2026. When you log in, you’ll see the redesigned interface inside NetSuite: a cleaner, more intuitive navigation experience, improved page filters with active filters listed at the top of each page, and a layout that keeps more of what matters on screen with less scrolling.
Prefer the classic view?
An opt-out option will remain available in the upper right corner of the app for a set period of time as we continue to collect feedback, so you can switch back whenever you need to.
Your feedback is critical. If something isn’t working for you or your team, let us know when opting out of the new experience. We’ll get every issue resolved and make sure you’re back up and running on the new experience as quickly as possible. You can also provide feedback via survey.
A first look at what’s coming in August
When we introduced the new look, we said it laid the groundwork for bigger things. Next month, two of those arrive in the new experience:
- Invoice AI inbox flexibility: Add, remove, and reorder the fields in your AP inbox—and pull in additional fields—so your inbox matches the way your team works.
- Advanced Vendor Onboarding: An all-new interface makes it easy to manage the entire onboarding process, including sending bulk onboarding forms with a single click.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg; many more exciting updates are coming to the new experience next month. Keep the new look enabled, and you’ll be ready to take advantage of the new features the moment they arrive.
